Who am I?

My name is Anna Senchenko and I am a Spokane girl at heart. I'm fun-loving, adventurous and deeply loyal to the people I care about. I've lived here for 18 years after moving here from Tacoma, Washington and have explored every corner of this gorgeous city. I was born in Siberia, Russia, and my rich cultural heritage inspires me to learn more about the unique story that each person has to share. I have a heart for supporting local, following my natural curiosity, taste for adventure and a great meal. I'm here to help you find a new favorite spot or see what's happening at an old favorite you may have forgotten about.

What do I do?

I am here to help you explore new experiences locally with a one-of-a-kind city guide. I’m the founder of SpokanePlayground, and I’m consistently doing research and exploring new possibilities in order to show you the most interesting, fun activities to do in Spokane. I want you to get the most out of this city, and live like a tourist every day. When you live in one of the most beautiful places in the world, it's easy to get lost in the joy of immersing yourself in its surroundings. No one is better at finding cool stuff to do in the area, and I'll share all of my secrets with you.

Why do I do it?

I love connecting with new people and bringing people together to experience new activities that make their eyes sparkle. Laughter, kindness and generosity fuel my every step, and I can't wait to see how your life changes when you step into an adventure I design. I believe strongly in supporting local businesses to help our economy and families thrive, and over the last 20 years, I've put my own money into these places that I love so dearly, and hope that it continues to impact the influx of diverse culture of our region.
